Umberto Salami Making Day

Friends of Umberto gather for the annual salami making day.

Marco Finanzio of Umberto Espresso Bar opened the doors of his garage on a cold July morning to a small group of friends and employees of Umberto. It was the annual salami making day.

Starting with a shot of grappa and ending with a cold beer, the Umberto Espresso Bar crew proved they could mince and mix it with the best of them. To taste the meaty fruits of their labour perhaps ask Marco kindly next time you visit Umberto Espresso Bar. He might just have some behind the counter.
