The Melbourne Salami Festa along with our friends and partners at Ombra Salumi Bar are delighted to offer this unique experience to Melbourne’s ever-growing community of salumi connoisseurs. It’s not just a dinner it’s an education. The night will be hosted by our festa patron Carlo Grossi and official judge James Vardis, taking you step by step through a selection of artisan quality cured meats with wines to match and complement every course. The highlight of the shared meal will be the nose to tail serving of Ombra’s Berkshire pigs. So to those who want to refine their palate and learn a few things in the process, this dinner is for you. It’s a perfect way to begin the festa.
