How to Enter
Entries are now closed for the 2016 competition.
To enter your salami into competition please follow these
three simple steps and click on one of the two entry form options below:
Step 1 – Complete registration form.
Step 2 – Pay entry fee.
Single entry – $20
Multiple entry – $40
Step 3 – Deliver salami for judging.

Salami Drop-off Details:
Venue: Northcote Town Hall
Date: Sunday 25 September
Time: 11am to 3pm.
As a potential competitor you might be wondering how much salami we will need for judging both at the official judging day as well as the festa day, so we have put together a couple of points you might need to consider when entering.
Quantity of Salami required:
Approx. 1kg to 1.5kg per entry
Aside from the official judging night we will be allowing patrons to taste and vote on competitor’s salami for the People’s Choice Award. Tasting plates will be complimentary on the day of the festa for a five-hour period. Therefore we recommend putting aside approximately 1.5kg of salami to share with potential voters. Remember, every slice could be a vote for you.
Choosing your team captains:
Please note your team captain and vice captain will receive a V.I.P pass and free entry to the Melbourne Salami Festa which includes tasting plates, 1 complimentary drink as well as a festa showbag. Once you have completed your registration process a competition pack will be sent to you via email with delivery details and all the information you need to know about the competition.
