Ingredients: Pork, salt, pepper, white wine, fennel and Domenico\’s special chilli sauce (home grown rocotillo chillies).

In their words:
We’ve been making salami in West Brunswick since the 1970s. Our salami has Domenico’s special chilli sauce, which is made to a special recipe using old vine peppers and chillies grown in the rich West Brunswick soil from Domenico’s garden. The result is a salami that has the perfect balance of sweetness, aroma, heat and a distinctly rounded flavour.
Our salami is made to please the palate of Domenico’s seven fussy grandchildren, some of which are destined to become salami aficionados in their own right.
