In their words:
We began making salami about 30 years ago, originally with the help ofour uncle and since then on our own following the family traditions.We also make our own tomato sauce, olives, giardiniera, wine, stuffed sundried tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms, prosciutto, capacollo andpancetta.It is nice to see a resurgence of homemade produce with theyounger generations.
